"LifePays Inc. Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy supplements the then-current Terms of Use for the LifePays Inc. and any other applicable terms and conditions related to the LifePays Program administered by LifePays, Inc., ("we" or "us") for use by you, the participant in the LifePays program. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. Any term not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to such term in the Terms of Use.

You agree that you will read this Privacy Policy before participating in, or otherwise using any of the services provided by us as part of, the LifePays program. By your continued participation in the LifePays program, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as they may be amended, modified, supplemented, or replaced from time to time with or without prior notice as may be provided in the Terms of Use.

Subject to the Terms of Use, LifePays, Inc. is solely responsible for the security and privacy of the personally identifiable information and financial information which you provide to us.

We take the security of your personally identifiable information and your financial information very seriously. We will use commercially reasonable methods to secure such information, including compliance with the Red Flag Rule as issued by the Federal Trade Commission and with any other federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance that governs the protection of a consumer's personally identifiable information and/or financial information.

The following information may be collected and maintained by us who would personally identify you: your name, address, and phone number; transaction records regarding your purchases from Participating Merchants; records of reported issues with the LifePays program; and letters or other correspondence which you may send to us.

We will not sell or otherwise deliberately provide your personally identifiable information and/or financial information to anyone for the purpose of soliciting you for products or services unrelated to LifePays Inc. except as allowed by you pursuant to your agreement to the "opt-in" options on the web site or otherwise. Further we will not intentionally disclose your personally identifiable information and/or your financial information to anyone except (i) to the extent necessary to administer the LifePays program, (ii) to respond to court orders or legal process of any kind, including any administrative agency, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, or to respond to subpoenas or warrants that are valid where issued, and (iii) to the extent we believe it is necessary, to share information in order to investigate or prevent illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, or other terms that apply to the LifePays program, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

LifePays Inc. will use the information you provide upon registration or otherwise, including your name, address, telephone number, any other contact information and your credit card information (collectively, your "Personal Information") only to administer LifePays Inc. This may include, without limitation, sending you e-mails regarding your account. Our communications with the Participating Merchants may include your Personal Information but only to the extent necessary to administer the program. In administering the program, we will share your Personal Information only with one or more data processing companies that are officially associated with the LifePays Inc. Each of those companies has their own data privacy policies, which LifePays Inc. has reviewed and deems to be consistent with the terms herein. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen and does not wish to collect any such information. Federal law requires web site operators who collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen to first get parental consent, and children should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers) over the Internet, to us or to anyone else.
