A: LifePays offers a unique way for affiliate customers to earn up to 20% cash back from purchases made at participating online and local merchants using their registered credit or debit card to be used toward their affiliate statement.

Q: Why do I have to register a credit or debit card with LifePays?
A: LifePays uses sophisticated and secure processing technology that tracks purchases made at participating merchants. Rewards are calculated and credited to your LifePays account automatically and securely – you do not need to present any additional ID cards or coupons. We have taken every precaution to ensure the security of your personal information, and we invite you to read our Security Statement and Privacy Policy on our website.

Q: Do I need to use a specific type of credit card or debit card?
A: No, you may register any Visa®, Master Card® or American Express® card. This includes debit, gift, stored value, and other types of cards that carry the Visa, Master Card or American Express logo.

Q: Can I update my registered cards?
A: Yes, you can add or remove credit or debit cards by logging into your LifePays account. Once you've logged into your account click on the Add Cards link.

Q: Why do I need to create a username and password?
A: By creating a username and password you can log in to your account and manage your profile. Once logged in, you can:

  • Maintain your personal information (name, address, email, etc.)
  • Add or remove credit or debit cards.
  • View purchases and track rewards earned, by month and year.
  • Gain access to hot deals and other special offers for members.

Q: Do I need to let the merchant know I am a LifePays member?
A: No. You earn savings simply by using a registered card at a participating merchant.

Q: Is the LifePays site secure?
A: Yes. When you enroll or access your account you are communicating with secure web servers. LifePays uses 256 Bit Data Encryption software to protect all of your information before you send it to us and before we display it back to you. Additionally, all of the personal information and purchase data we collect is protected from unauthorized access using extensive security measures.

Q: What merchants participate in LifePays?
A: A current list of participating merchants is available via our merchant locator.

Q: How long before I can start earning cash back from LifePays?
A: Enroll and find participating merchants, both can be done on our LifePays website. Then make a purchase at a participating merchant using any of your registered cards. That's it!!

  • When shopping online you must log in to your LifePays account so that we can track your purchase. Purchases made without logging into the LifePays site will not qualify for rewards as we will not receive the transactional data needed to credit your LifePays account. Note that to allow for returned merchandise, it is common for online retailers to take up to 30 days before posting purchases

Q: How long will it take to see my cash back reward credited to my LifePays account?
A: Cash back rewards earned from local merchants will be posted to your LifePays account within 60 days. Cash back rewards earned from purchases made through on-line merchants will be posted to your LifePays account within 30 days.

Q: What if a reward has not been posted to my LifePays account after a reasonable amount of time?
A: If you have not seen your reward post after 60 days for local and 30 days for online purchases, you should contact us by sending an e-mail to customer.service@lifepays.com We will require proof of purchase in the form of receipt or statement. Once we can validate the purchase, we will issue the reward manually.

Q: Will my cash back reward show up on my receipt?
A: No. To view your reward transactions and balance, visit https://secure.lifepays.com/login/authorize.aspx and log into your account.

Q: Why are some merchants on your site listed as "Coming Soon"?
A: In cases where a merchant's credit card processor has yet to start sending us data, the listing is shown as "Coming Soon." This can be a lengthy process involving legal contracts and programming work to ensure that data is both secure and accurate, but is generally complete within 10 business days.

  • You will not be able to earn reward at any merchant that is shown as "Coming Soon". When we start receiving data from processor the "Coming Soon " label is removed and you will see the merchant cash back percentage. That is when you will know the merchant is live and you can make a purchase with your registered card, a cash back reward will be allocated to your LifePays account.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of times I can receive a reward for a participating merchant?
A: No. The only exception is when a merchant is offering a special deal for first time visits. After that first purchase, however, you are still entitled to receive the everyday cash back reward for as many times as you make a purchase.

Q: Will I continue to receive benefits associated with my credit or debit cards such as airline miles or points?
A: Yes. Your participation in LifePays does not affect the benefits associated with your credit or debit cards in any other rewards program. You will continue to earn miles, points or any other incentives associated with your credit or debit card in addition to earning cash back through LifePays.

  • However, in the event your credit or debit card is already registered in another rewards program that is affiliated with LifePays, you may not enroll that same credit or debit card in LifePays.

Q: What assurances do I have that my personal information will be kept private?
A: LifePays and the participating Affiliate companies are as concerned as you are about protecting your personal information. Our business depends on our ability to protect your information and keep our promises to you.

  • We will not resell any information including your name to any LifePays business or any other 3rd party without your consent.
  • Our technology practices meet or exceed the standards set by Visa, Master Card and others in the payment card industry for the secure handling of cardholder information.
  • We are a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.

Q: How do I find out the amount of reward being offered from each merchant?
A: Participating merchants choose a cash back percentage that ranges from 2% to 20%. On our site, these percentages are displayed next to each business listing. The dollar amount of the reward is equal to your purchase amount multiplied by the cash back percentage. For example, if you made a purchase of $50 at a business with a cash back percentage of 5%, you would earn a reward of $2.50.

Q: If I cancel my card in my LifePays account will it cancel my credit card with my financial institution?
A: No. Canceling your card in your LifePays account just means that you will no longer earn rewards with that card.

A: Hot Deals is a limited time special offer that enables you to purchase discount products and services from local and national retailers at a fraction of the retail price. As a LifePays program participant you can earn a sizeable rebate on top of the amazing deal that can be used to reduce the cost of monthly services.


Q: What is Convert 2 Cash?
A: Now you can unlock the value of your unused gift cards and convert them to cash that can be used to reduce the cost of monthly services such as cable, wireless and internet services.

Q: How do I trade in my card?
A: Click the Convert 2 Cash link, fill in the required fields, print pre-paid mailing label, affix to envelope and mail.

Q: How much will I receive for my card?
A: 50% of the value.

Q: Is there a Minimum Value needed to trade in my card?
A: Yes, there is a $25 minimum

Q: What if I send in my card and the value is less than $25?
A: LifePays will mail the card back to you.

Q: How do I opt out of the program?
